Prefer a conversation? Request a quick callback, or call 01473 659062, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm.
How much will new windows or doors cost?
Every frame is made to measure for your openings, so there’s no fixed price list. Your price comes from a free survey and is written down for you to take away. To get a feel for monthly costs, try the finance calculator. One customer found our value better than the 4 other local firms they viewed.
Is the survey really free?
Yes. The survey and your written quote are free, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Finance through Novuna runs at 12.9% APR representative, from £500 to £25,000, over 1 to 10 years with a 10% to 50% deposit. There’s also a buy now, pay later plan at 14.9% APR, with the first payment put back 6 or 12 months. Finance is subject to status.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No, but it helps. The showroom at Hampstead House, Felixstowe Road, Nacton, Ipswich IP10 0DE is open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm, with parking right outside. Our advisers are sometimes out on surveys, so call 01473 659062 to book a time.
Who will fit my windows and doors?
Our own in-house-trained crews fit every Admiral job. Customers name them in their reviews, from Steve and Josh to Andy and Nick, and say they arrive on time, clear up and take the old frames away for recycling.
Do I need planning permission for a conservatory warm roof?
Usually not, as long as the conservatory keeps its size and shape, though listed buildings and conservation areas have their own rules. Building Regulations are a separate question: changing a glass or polycarbonate roof to a tiled one needs approval, and we arrange it, inspections included. We check your home at the survey.
What guarantees do I get?
Each maker guarantees its own product. Hallmark composite doors have a 10-year warranty, Endurance doors a 10-year manufacturing guarantee and a £2,000 security guarantee on the cylinder once it’s registered within 28 days of fitting, and Smart guarantees its aluminium paint for 25 years. Ultraframe guarantees its roofs and their Conservaglass for 10 years, and SupaLite its tiled roof for 10 years. Ask us to explain the product and installation cover for your chosen work before you order.
Which areas do you cover?
We install across Suffolk and Essex, from our showroom in Ipswich. That takes in Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Kesgrave, Stowmarket, Hadleigh, Manningtree and Colchester. Tell us your postcode when you request a quote.
What happens if something goes wrong after fitting?
Book our service engineer online at any time, with your job number if you have it, and we’ll contact you to confirm a visit. One customer’s bifold doors, fitted in 2021, were checked and adjusted in 2026 at no charge.
